What is a list?  When referring to Internet Marketing (IM), a list is your subscribing audience.  Obviously, there are millions of folks on the Internet, a lot of which want to find that perfect niche that allows them the opportunity to sit back and enjoy steady streams of income.  But does one begin to do just that?

Your ListIt is actually not as difficult as one might think, but there are a lot of pitfalls and an even larger number of misguided attempts to squeeze money out of you after you’ve already bought something.  TIP:  If you go to one of these pages that says something along the lines of “Was $197, no yours for an incredibly low price of $97!!”… Try clicking out of the page to see if there is a pop-up offering you something else, perhaps a lower price.

Time and time again, I found that all of these people boasting the “great deal”, have their pages automatically designed to offer you a lower price just to “hook” you.  Now, that’s not to say that what they offer at either price isn’t a great deal, but I thought you might want to know how to save a buck or two when on these type of pages.

Anyway, to the crust of my “list” point…  You need a list to develop residual income streams.  In most cases, you can have a WordPress site, much like what I have here, offer incentives to have people subscribe and even do what this guy goes to build his list.  List building isn’t really that difficult if you know what it means to build a good one.

Having a bunch of people subscribe is OK, but quality does matter.  Granted, if you have a bunch of subscribers, quality or not, it is soft of like shooting fish in a barrel, as you’re surely going to hit (get someone’s attention) a viable target.

With that said, I invite you to check out how to build your own list from someone that developed a product to do just that.  Today it is $9.97!!  Yesterday it was $197!!  Just kidding, as far as I know, it was always $9.97.  Regardless, it is cheap and will help anyone interested in building their marketing list – don’t forget to apply after you buy!  No point in wasting even $9.97 if you’re just going to buy it, not read it or worse, read it and not apply it!

Anytime any of you have questions, I invite you to contact me through my contact page.  I will be happy to respond to that and/or comments on the blog itself, of course.
